From June 15 to 17, the 7th Multinationals Leaders Qingdao Summit kicked off as scheduled. Binzhou, Shandong, carrying abundant sincerity and highlights, made a splendid appearance at this grand event and will host the sub-forum "Green Energy Empowering High-End Chemical Industry Innovation and Development." 数据显示，滨州有跨国企业68家、外贸企业1579家，与203个国家和地区建立了经贸合作关系。2025年，全市进出口总额突破1300亿元，对外开放度达到36.7%，连续8年入选中国外贸百强市。滨州培育形成了高端铝业、精细化工、智能纺织、食品加工、畜牧水产、新能源新材料等六大千亿级优势产业集群，低空经济、新一代信息技术等新兴产业蓬勃发展，有82项产品产量或市场占有率居中国第一，其中19项居全球第一。雄厚的产业基础是滨州持续推动对外经贸交流合作的坚实根基。

Data shows that Binzhou is home to 68 multinational enterprises and 1,579 foreign trade companies, establishing economic and trade partnerships with 203 countries and regions. In 2025, the city's total import and export volume exceeded RMB 130 billion, with an openness ratio of 36.7%, and it has been selected as one of China's Top 100 Foreign Trade Cities for eight consecutive years. Binzhou has cultivated six leading billion-yuan-level industrial clusters, including advanced aluminum products, fine chemicals, smart textiles, food processing, animal husbandry and aquatic products, and new energy and new materials. Emerging industries such as the low-altitude economy and next-generation information technology are flourishing. Eighty-two of its products rank first in China in terms of output or market share, of which 19 rank first globally. This solid industrial foundation underpins Binzhou's continued efforts to promote international economic and trade exchanges and cooperation.

跨国公司领导人青岛峰会是我省对外开放层次最高、规模最大、影响力最广的国际经贸交流平台。滨州充分利用这一高水平国际经贸交流平台，开展交流合作，并邀请重要嘉宾前来实地考察、洽谈，参会成果丰硕。自2019年参加首届青岛峰会以来，共成功举办滨州专题招商活动7场，邀请150余家世界500强、头部跨国公司出席活动，推动签约重大项目154个，为滨州高质量发展注入了强劲动能。去年，滨州首次联合德国北威州举办中德跨国公司发展合作论坛，并参加了通用航空和低空经济发展论坛、银发经济论坛，进一步提升了滨州“国际范”。

The Multinationals Leaders Qingdao Summit is Shandong Province's highest-level, largest-scale, and most influential international economic and trade exchange platform. Binzhou has fully leveraged this high-level platform to conduct exchanges and cooperation, inviting distinguished guests for on-site inspections and negotiations, with fruitful participation outcomes. Since its first participation in the inaugural Qingdao Summit in 2019, Binzhou has successfully hosted seven dedicated investment promotion events, inviting over 150 Fortune Global 500 companies and leading multinationals to participate, facilitating the signing of 154 major projects and injecting strong momentum into Binzhou's high-quality development. Last year, Binzhou, in collaboration with the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia for the first time, co-hosted the China-Germany Multinationals Development Cooperation Forum, and also participated in forums on the general aviation and low-altitude economy, as well as the silver economy, further enhancing Binzhou's "international flair."

在今年的峰会上，作为峰会的平行论坛之一，“绿色能源赋能高端化工产业创新发展论坛”将由滨州市人民政府承办。承办该论坛，滨州有底气。精细化工、新能源新材料是滨州市千亿级优势产业集群。滨州立足资源禀赋，大力推进新能源与产业集成式发展，加快构建清洁能源供应保障、能源耦合产业共建“两大基地”，筑牢多能互补、绿电消纳、数智创新三大体系，建设集能源科技研发、高端装备制造、绿电示范应用、综合配套服务于一体的渤海湾能源高质量发展新高地。同时，承办该论坛，也是滨州放大产业优势、延链补链强链、推动产业升级的的重大机遇。

At this year's summit, as one of the parallel forums, the "Green Energy Empowering High-End Chemical Industry Innovation and Development Forum" will be hosted by the Binzhou Municipal People's Government. Binzhou has every reason to host this forum. Fine chemicals and new energy and new materials are among the city's billion-yuan-level leading industrial clusters. Leveraging its resource endowments, Binzhou vigorously promotes the integrated development of new energy and industry, accelerating the construction of two major bases: a clean energy supply and security base, and an energy-industry coupling co-construction base. 此次论坛以“绿能耦合高端化工科技赋能动力未来”为核心主题，意在“立足齐鲁产业根基，拥抱绿色变革浪潮”，将紧扣全球化工产业绿色低碳转型、高端化升级、数字化重塑、供应链重构发展趋势，聚焦能源结构与产业结构双优化战略方向，聚力探索“绿色能源+高端化工”耦合发展新模式，拓展电池材料、新型储能、算电协同等应用新场景，全力推动山东化工产业向高端化、绿色化、智能化、一体化跨越式发展，谱写山东化工绿色低碳、智能高效、融合共进新篇章。

The forum, themed "Green Energy Coupling with High-End Chemicals, Technology Empowering a Dynamic Future," aims to "build upon Shandong's industrial foundation and embrace the wave of green transformation." Closely following global trends in green and low-carbon transformation, high-end upgrading, digital reshaping, and supply chain restructuring in the chemical industry, the forum will focus on the strategic direction of optimizing both the energy mix and industrial structure. It will concentrate on exploring new models for the coupled development of "green energy + high-end chemical," and expanding new application scenarios such as battery materials, new energy storage, and computing-power synergy.
