第七届跨国公司领导人青岛峰会韩国跨国公司企业家圆桌会议在青岛举行

6月17日上午，第七届跨国公司领导人青岛峰会韩国跨国公司企业家圆桌会议在山东青岛国际会议中心安仁厅成功举办，来自中韩两国政府、国际组织、行业商协会、跨国公司及新闻媒体共约90位代表齐聚一堂，围绕“共商合作机遇 共赢新质未来”主题，聚焦中韩新兴产业合作展望、新质生产力与产业链协同、青岛投资合作等核心议题深入交流，凝聚合作共识，推动中韩经贸关系稳步高质量发展。会议分致辞推介、主题交流发言、对话交流三个环节依次进行。

On the morning of June 17, the Roundtable for South Korean Multinational Entrepreneurs of the 7th Qingdao Multinational Companies Leaders Summit was successfully held in Anren Hall of Qingdao International Convention Center in Shandong Province. Around 90 representatives from Chinese and South Korean government authorities, international organizations, industry chambers of commerce, multinational corporations and news media gathered at the event. Centering on the theme of "Exploring Cooperation Opportunities Jointly, Achieving Win-win Progress for a Future Driven by New Quality Productivity", participants conducted in-depth exchanges on core topics including prospects for China-South Korea cooperation in emerging industries, new quality productivity and industrial chain coordination, as well as investment and cooperation opportunities in Qingdao, so as to build consensus on cooperation and advance the steady and high-quality development of China-South Korea economic and trade ties. The conference consisted of three sequential sessions: keynote addresses and investment promotions, themed speeches, and interactive dialogues.

本次会议是青岛市人民政府与中国国际跨国公司促进会共同搭建的中韩工商界高规格的双边务实对话平台。作为第七届跨国公司领导人青岛峰会全新的植入元素，韩国跨国公司企业家圆桌会议致力于搭建两国企业家对接产业、扩大双向投资的重要桥梁。

Jointly initiated by the Qingdao Municipal People's Government and the China Council for the Promotion of International Multinational Corporations (CCIPMC), this conference serves as a high-level bilateral pragmatic dialogue platform for the industrial and business communities of China and the Republic of Korea. As a brand-new featured event of the 7th Qingdao Multinational Companies Leaders Summit, the Roundtable for South Korean Multinational Entrepreneurs is committed to building a key bridge for entrepreneurs from the two countries to align industries and scale up two-way investment.

Keynote Address & Investment Promotion: Jointly Draw a New Blueprint for China-ROK Economic and Trade Cooperation

与会代表一致认为，去年以来，中国国家主席习近平与韩国总统李在明两次会见，为中韩关系发展指明了方向、规划了蓝图，也为双方企业经贸合作创造了良好大环境。

All participating delegates agreed that since last year, President Xi Jinping of the People's Republic of China and President Lee Jae-myung of the Republic of Korea have held two meetings, which have charted the course and drawn a blueprint for the development of China-ROK relations, and fostered a sound overall environment for economic and trade cooperation between enterprises of the two sides.

青岛市人民政府副市长高健在欢迎辞中指出，青岛正大力发展新质生产力，可与韩国抢抓AI与数字经济机遇，在低空经济、产业数字化等领域落地标杆合作项目。

In his welcome address, Gao Jian, Vice Mayor of Qingdao Municipal People's Government, noted that Qingdao is vigorously fostering new quality productivity. The city and the Republic of Korea can seize opportunities brought by artificial intelligence and the digital economy to launch benchmark cooperation projects in sectors including low-altitude economy and industrial digitalization.

韩国驻青岛总领事柳昌秀表示，当前全球产业格局深刻变革，人工智能、数字化、绿色转型成为各国竞相布局的关键领域。他期待中韩在人工智能、绿色产业、文旅服务等领域深化合作，共同培育新增长动能。

In his remarks, Ryu Chang-soo, Consul General of the Republic of Korea in Qingdao, stated that the global industrial landscape is undergoing profound shifts, with artificial intelligence, digitalization and green transition emerging as key sectors prioritized by countries across the world. He looked forward to deeper China-ROK cooperation in artificial intelligence, green industries, cultural tourism and other service sectors to jointly foster new growth drivers.

世界韩人商工人总联合会理事长金德龙强调，中韩经贸合作应迈向技术、人才、资本、市场深度协同的新阶段。他呼吁双方在人工智能、生物医药、绿色经济等领域联合研发、共同投资、携手开拓市场，打造长期可持续的合作平台。

Kim Deok-yong, Chairman of the World Federation of Korean Traders & Industrialists, stressed that China-ROK economic and trade cooperation should advance into a new stage featuring in-depth coordination in technology, talent, capital and markets. He called on both sides to carry out joint research and development, make mutual investments and jointly explore markets in fields such as artificial intelligence, biomedicine and green economy, so as to build a long-term and sustainable cooperation platform.

中国国际跨国公司促进会高级研究员、中国贸促会原副会长张少刚提出四点合作倡议：深耕产业协同、拓宽合作领域、共筑优质生态、深化人文交流。他表示，山东是韩国在华投资最集中的区域之一，青岛在智能家电、轨道交通、海洋经济等领域优势突出，与韩国企业高度互补，合作潜力巨大。

Zhang Shaogang, Senior Research Fellow of the China Council for the Promotion of International Multinational Corporations and former Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, put forward four proposals for cooperation: furthering industrial coordination, expanding cooperation areas, jointly building a high-quality development ecosystem, and deepening people-to-people and cultural exchanges. He noted that Shandong is home to one of the largest concentrations of South Korean investment in China. Boasting prominent strengths in smart home appliances, rail transit, marine economy and other sectors, Qingdao enjoys strong industrial complementarity with South Korean enterprises and holds enormous cooperation potential.

韩国国家人工智能战略委员会成员、KCC常务专员、首尔东国大学教授高三锡指出，中韩企业应超越普通贸易合作关系，携手打造共同进化的产业生态。

Ko San-seok, Member of the Presidential Committee on Artificial Intelligence of the Republic of Korea, Executive Commissioner of KCC and Professor at Dongguk University in Seoul, pointed out that Chinese and South Korean enterprises should go beyond conventional trade partnerships and work together to build an evolving industrial ecosystem.

胶州市政府市长、青岛胶东临空经济示范区管委会主任于冬泉在推介中表示，胶州拥有上合示范区、临空经济示范区两大国家级平台，已吸引170余家韩资企业扎根发展。他重点推介了生物医药、高端制造、绿色食品三大合作方向，诚邀韩国企业携手挖掘合作潜力、共创互利共赢新局面。

Yu Dongquan, Mayor of Jiaozhou Municipal People's Government and Director of the Administrative Committee of Qingdao Jiaodong Airport Economic Demonstration Zone, highlighted in his investment promotion speech that Jiaozhou is equipped with two national-level platforms, namely the SCO Demonstration Zone and the Airport Economic Demonstration Zone, which have attracted more than 170 South Korean-funded enterprises to set up local operations. He gave focused briefings on three key cooperation sectors: biomedicine, high-end manufacturing and green food, and sincerely invited South Korean enterprises to tap into cooperation potential and jointly embrace a new landscape of mutual benefit and win-win results.

Themed Exchange: Boosting the Development of Emerging Industries and Industrial Chain Coordination

在“中韩新兴产业合作展望”环节，企业家们围绕人工智能、生物医药、绿色经济等方向展开深入探讨。韩国新生活集团董事长安凤洛提出，中韩大健康产业应从产品合作升级为联合研发、技术落地与全产业链协同。数海信息技术有限公司CEO刘志欣表示愿意全面开放资本、技术、市场资源，与韩国企业建立常态化深度合作，并以清单化、项目化推进合作落地。韩国Yanolja株式会社代表理事长裵甫燦以本公司发展旅游休闲产业为例，分享了如何借助人工智能实现个性化服务和跨境协同。中宏大数据产业有限责任公司总裁张春宝建议共建中韩产业数据协同平台，推动数据合规流动与智能决策。韩国MOAlife Plus首席执行官李钟泰表示，中韩在人工智能赋能新药研发与精准医疗、抗衰老、再生医学等领域合作前景广阔。

During the session on "Prospects for China-ROK Cooperation in Emerging Industries", participants held in-depth discussions focusing on artificial intelligence, biomedicine, green economy and other sectors. An Bong-rak, Chairman of Saengmyeong Group from the Republic of Korea, proposed that the two countries should upgrade cooperation in the big health industry from product collaboration to joint R&D, technology commercialization and full industrial chain coordination. Liu Zhixin, CEO of Shuhai Information Technology Co., Ltd., expressed willingness to fully open up its capital, technology and market resources to forge regular and in-depth partnerships with South Korean enterprises and deliver cooperation outcomes through itemized and project-based arrangements. Bae Bo-chan, Representative Director of Yanolja Co., Ltd., shared his company’s experience in the tourism and leisure sector, elaborating on how artificial intelligence can be leveraged to deliver personalized services and cross-border collaboration. Zhang Chunbao, President of Zhonghong Big Data Industry Co., Ltd., suggested establishing a China-ROK industrial data coordination platform to facilitate compliant data flow and intelligent decision-making. Lee Jong-tae, CEO of MOAlife Plus from the Republic of Korea, said there are broad prospects for bilateral cooperation in AI-enabled new drug development, precision medicine, anti-aging therapy and regenerative medicine.

在“中韩新质生产力与产业链协同”环节，企业代表就智能制造、绿色转型、供应链稳定等议题展开务实交流。LABL Corporation首席执行官崔珉锡介绍了基于AI的中韩商贸匹配平台，并宣布计划在青岛设立分支机构。软控股份有限公司副总裁杨慧丽分享了公司在橡胶装备智能制造领域的技术积累，提出与韩国企业在AI视觉检测、大模型运维等方面联合研发。Social Infra Tech Inc.代表理事全溟山展示了“物理区块链”技术在AI城市安全中的应用，呼吁中韩共建智慧城市安全标准。韩国韩东国际董事长兰兰介绍了纯天然无机复合除臭剂等创新产品，计划2026-2027年在中国实现本土化生产。

In the session themed "New Quality Productivity and Industrial Chain Coordination between China and the ROK", enterprise representatives engaged in pragmatic exchanges covering smart manufacturing, green transition and supply chain stability. Choi Min-seok, CEO of LABL Corporation, introduced an AI-powered China-ROK business matching platform and announced plans to set up a branch in Qingdao. Yang Huili, Vice President of Soft Control Co., Ltd., shared the company’s technological strengths in intelligent manufacturing of rubber equipment and proposed joint R&D initiatives with South Korean enterprises in AI visual inspection and large model operation and maintenance. Jeon Myeong-san, Representative Director of Social Infra Tech Inc., demonstrated the application of the Physical Blockchain technology in AI-enabled urban safety and called for joint formulation of smart city safety standards by China and the ROK. Lan Lan, Chairman of Handong International from the Republic of Korea, presented innovative products including pure natural inorganic composite deodorants and unveiled plans to realize localized production in China between 2026 and 2027.

Chinese and South Korean enterprises conducted extensive docking and pragmatic explorations spanning technological R&D, scenario-based application, data governance and urban safety in emerging industries, demonstrating multi-level and multi-dimensional cooperation potential.

在“共筑中韩产业纽带，聚焦青岛投资合作”对话环节，企业代表围绕双向投资、技术合作、市场拓展等话题展开热烈讨论。

During the dialogue session "Forging China-ROK Industrial Ties with a Focus on Investment Cooperation in Qingdao", enterprise representatives held heated discussions on two-way investment, technological collaboration and market expansion.

海尔智家海外副总裁张庆福分享了海尔深耕韩国市场22年的经验。他表示，海尔已与韩国Himart、Coupang等头部渠道建立战略合作。未来海尔将在智能制造、数字经济、绿色低碳等领域深化中韩协同，助力青岛打造中韩经贸合作标杆。

Zhang Qingfu, Vice President of Overseas Business at Haier Smart Home, shared Haier’s 22 years of experience developing the South Korean market. He noted that Haier has established strategic partnerships with leading local channels including Himart and Coupang. Going forward, Haier will deepen bilateral coordination in smart manufacturing, digital economy and green low-carbon sectors, supporting Qingdao to become a benchmark for China-ROK economic and trade cooperation.

海信集团副总裁杨旸介绍，海信与18家韩国企业合作超20个品类，2025年合作规模约10亿元，2026年预计增长70%以上，已从供需协同迈向联合创新。

Yang Yang, Vice President of Hisense Group, introduced that Hisense has partnered with 18 South Korean enterprises across over 20 product categories, with cooperation volume reaching approximately 1 billion yuan in 2025 and projected growth of more than 70 percent in 2026. The bilateral collaboration has evolved from supply-demand coordination to joint innovation.

青岛农心洪泰植本部长表示，农心自2017年以来，累计投资10亿元建设智能化新工厂，年生产500余种食品原料，产品出口至韩国、美国、东南亚等地。他感谢青岛及胶州市政府长期支持，并表示农心将继续扎根青岛，打造全球领先的食品配料企业。

Hong Tae-sik, Department Head of Nongshim Qingdao Co., Ltd., stated that since 2017, Nongshim has invested a total of 1 billion yuan to build an intelligent new production plant, turning out more than 500 types of food ingredients annually and exporting products to the ROK, the United States, Southeast Asia and other regions. He expressed gratitude for the long-term support from the governments of Qingdao and Jiaozhou, and pledged that Nongshim will continue to expand its local presence and build a world-leading food ingredients enterprise.

双方的对话交流，不仅展现了韩国跨国企业在青深耕发展的生动案例，也彰显了中韩企业在双向投资、联合研发、产业链协同等方面日益紧密的合作关系，为青岛打造对韩经贸合作高地提供了坚实支撑。

The in-depth dialogue showcased vivid cases of South Korean multinationals rooted in Qingdao, and highlighted the increasingly close ties between Chinese and South Korean enterprises in two-way investment, joint R&D and industrial chain coordination, laying a solid foundation for Qingdao to develop into a hub for economic and trade cooperation with the ROK.

All participants agreed that economic and trade cooperation serves as the ballast and driving force for bilateral relations. Against the backdrop of profound adjustments to the global economic landscape, only by adhering to openness, inclusiveness and mutual benefit and deepening all-round pragmatic cooperation can the business communities of the two countries seize development opportunities, tackle risks and challenges, and contribute to the sustained and sound growth of the China-ROK strategic cooperative partnership.
