链接世界，合作共赢。6月16日下午，第七届跨国公司领导人青岛峰会的重要板块——2026青岛国际城市合伙人对话会在山东青岛举行。对话会以“携手创新发展 深化开放合作”为主题，阿斯利康、路易达孚、阿特拉斯·科普柯、希杰、维塔工作室、贝卡尔特、埃森哲等跨国公司领导人、商协会代表与青岛市企业代表在内的400余名嘉宾齐聚一堂，围绕新经济格局下加强科技创新合作，促进全球经贸互通与跨国资本流动，以及在青岛投资合作展望等话题展开交流，共叙友谊、共谋发展、共话未来。

Connecting the World Through Win-Win Cooperation .On the afternoon of June 16, the 2026 Qingdao International City Partners Dialogue, a key event of the 7th Fortune Global Forum for Multinational Corporation Leaders Qingdao Summit, was held in Qingdao, Shandong Province.Centered on the theme of "Working Hand in Hand for Innovative Development and Deepening Opening-Up and Cooperation", the event brought together more than 400 distinguished guests, including senior executives from multinational corporations such as AstraZeneca, Louis Dreyfus, Atlas Copco, CJ Group, Weta Workshop, Bekaert and Accenture, representatives of commercial associations, as well as local entrepreneurs from Qingdao. On behalf of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee and the Qingdao Municipal People's Government, Zeng Zanrong extended a warm welcome to all guests attending the dialogue. He noted that a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation is advancing at an accelerated pace. Endowed with a solid industrial foundation, abundant scientific and innovative resources and broad market potential, Qingdao boasts favorable conditions for in-depth integration of scientific, technological and industrial innovation. The city is making every effort to integrate innovation resources, accelerate the development of a major science and innovation corridor, and strive to build an influential source of scientific and technological innovation, an industrial growth belt and an economic growth pole in northern China. Multinational corporations are welcome to set up more R&D centers in Qingdao to share scientific and innovative resources and jointly advance exchanges and cooperation in science and technology.Qingdao is pressing ahead with industrial innovation, accelerating the development of the "10+1" innovative industrial system and ten major modern service industries, and fostering new productive forces tailored to local conditions. New opportunities for industrial development emerging in Qingdao have greatly bolstered multinational corporations' confidence in pursuing cooperation here.

阿特拉斯·科普柯集团副总裁、大中华区负责人乐安澜认为，过去十年的持续发展，离不开与青岛市政府的紧密合作。如今，集团在青投资的埃地沃兹正打造下一代半导体制造体系，未来将持续投资、创新，共同推动战略性新兴产业的发展。

Laurent Leyssens, Vice President of Atlas Copco Group and Head of Greater China, noted that the Group’s steady growth over the past decade has been underpinned by close cooperation with the Qingdao municipal government. Edwards, an Atlas Copco affiliate invested in by the Group in Qingdao, is developing a next-generation semiconductor manufacturing system. The Group will continue to ramp up investment and pursue innovation to jointly drive the development of strategic emerging industries.

As a global leader in braking systems, Knorr-Bremse has invested in Qingdao for two decades and built a core industrial base for rail transit door systems with an annual operating revenue of 600 million yuan. Dieter Binder, Director for the Asia-Pacific region of Knorr-Bremse, holds high expectations for cooperation with Qingdao. Going forward, the Group will further scale up investment, fully advance smart manufacturing and factory transformation and upgrading, and build a future-oriented high-end, green and smart manufacturing base as well as a global export platform. It aims to enable more high-end equipment integrating cutting-edge German technologies and embodying Qingdao’s smart manufacturing strengths to go global from here.

“Qingdao serves as a crucial gateway for opening-up, with a sound industrial base, excellent business environment, a dynamic ecosystem for collaborative innovation among industries, universities, research institutes and medical institutions, and strong policy support for emerging sectors including biomedicine. These strengths have motivated us to continuously expand our investment and business footprint in the city,” said Lin Xiao, General Manager of AstraZeneca China. The company plans to produce its first innovative medicine adopting next-generation propellants in Qingdao, and join hands with the city to build a leading hub for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic respiratory diseases and rare diseases, boosting the high-quality development of Qingdao’s biomedicine industry.

在上午刚刚结束的开幕式及主论坛活动上，总投资3.5亿美元的华青融资租赁等3个投资项目，进口额共3.3亿美元的山港—托克油气矿产外贸项目，合同额3900万美元的外经项目，总投资4亿元的达索科技现代服务业项目集中签约。对话会上，10个合作项目集中签约，其中外资项目5个、总投资11.37亿美元，包括总投资10亿美元的云天科技边缘智算项目；内资项目4个、总投资63.67亿元，包括总投资20亿元的新石器无人车项目和总投资10亿元的中电科思仪高端电子测量仪器研发中心及生产基地项目。这些项目的集中签约，代表了跨国公司坚定看好青岛的信心，开放的青岛正受到越来越多跨国公司的青睐。

At the opening ceremony and main forum concluded earlier that morning, three investment projects including Huaqing Financial Leasing with a total investment of 350 million US dollars, the Shandong Port-Trafigura oil, gas and minerals foreign trade project registering a total import volume of 330 million US dollars, a foreign economic cooperation project with a contracted value of 39 million US dollars, and the Dassault Technology modern service industry project with a total investment of 400 million yuan were signed collectively. A total of 10 cooperation projects secured centralized signing at the dialogue session, among which 5 foreign-funded projects boasted a combined investment of 1.137 billion US dollars, including the Yuntian Technology Edge Intelligent Computing Project with a total investment of 1 billion US dollars. There were also 4 domestic-funded projects with an aggregate investment of 6.367 billion yuan, covering the Neolithic Autonomous Vehicle Project (total investment: 2 billion yuan) and the CETC Siying High-end Electronic Measuring Instrument R&D Center and Production Base Project (total investment: 1 billion yuan).The centralized signing of these projects demonstrates multinational corporations’ firm confidence in the development prospects of Qingdao. As an open city, Qingdao is winning growing favor from an increasing number of multinationals.
