第七届跨国公司领导人青岛峰会——海洋产业科技创新合作对接会成功举办

6月17日，第七届跨国公司领导人青岛峰会——海洋产业科技创新合作对接会在山东青岛国际会议中心举行。活动邀请中国工程院院士、中国科学院海洋研究所研究员侯保荣，中国工程院院士、中国水产科学研究院黄海水产研究所研究员陈松林，中国工程院院士、中国科学院海洋研究所研究员俞志明等涉海行业专家参会。山东省人大常委会副主任宋军继出席活动并致辞，省科技厅党组书记、厅长孙海生主持，青岛市人大常委会党组成员、副主任陈金国出席。

On June 17, the Marine Industry Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Matchmaking Conference of the 7th Multinational Corporations Leaders Summit Qingdao was held at the Qingdao International Conference Center. The event invited experts from marine-related industries to attend, including Hou Baorong, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and researcher at the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences; Chen Songlin, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and researcher at the Yellow Sea Fisheries Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences; and Yu Zhiming, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and researcher at the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Song Junji, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Shandong Provincial People's Congress, attended the event and delivered a speech. Sun Haisheng, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, presided over the event. Chen Jinguo, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Qingdao Municipal People's Congress, attended the event.

活动以“经略海洋蓝图，科创赋能共赢”为主题，由省科技厅承办，山东科技大市场、海洋科技大市场协办。聚焦海洋工程装备、海洋新能源、海洋生物资源开发、智慧海洋等前沿领域，通过主旨演讲、政策发布、项目路演等环节，搭建面向全球的海洋科技创新与产业合作高端平台，深入推动海洋领域国际创新合作与产业融合发展。

The event, themed "Charting the Blueprint for Ocean Development, Empowering Win-Win through Sci-Tech Innovation," was organized by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology and co-organized by the Shandong Sci-Tech Market and the Marine Sci-Tech Market. Focusing on cutting-edge fields such as marine engineering equipment, marine new energy, marine biological resource development, and smart ocean technologies, the event featured keynote speeches, policy releases, project roadshows, and other sessions. It aimed to build a high-end international platform for marine science and technology innovation and industrial cooperation, and to deeply promote international innovation collaboration and industrial integration in the marine sector.

宋军继在致辞中指出，山东省深入贯彻落实习近平总书记重要指示要求，把海洋作为高质量发展的战略要地，把科技创新作为海洋强省建设的核心引擎。本次对接会汇聚了全球海洋领域的顶尖科学家、企业家和投资人，是深化合作、共创未来的重要平台。山东愿与专家学者、跨国公司、行业龙头企业等携手，在更高起点、更广领域、更深层次开展务实合作，共同打造海洋产业科技创新高地。

In his address, Song Junji pointed out that Shandong Province has thoroughly implemented the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping, taking the ocean as a strategic priority for high-quality development and technological innovation as the core driving force behind the development of a strong maritime province.This matchmaking event has brought together top scientists, entrepreneurs and investors from the global marine sector, serving as a vital platform for deepening cooperation and jointly embracing future opportunities. Shandong stands ready to join hands with experts, scholars, multinational corporations and leading industry players to carry out pragmatic cooperation at a higher starting point, in broader fields and on deeper levels, and jointly build an innovation highland for the marine industry.

活动中，陈松林、俞志明院士分别作主旨演讲，介绍海洋领域前沿关键技术突破。省科技厅党组成员、副厅长祝恩元现场推介山东省海洋产业科技创新政策，解读良好政策环境与产业发展机遇；青岛工研院院长滕云枫现场推介海洋科技大市场，介绍主要功能与运行成效。

During the event, Academicians Chen Songlin and Yu Zhiming delivered keynote speeches respectively, presenting breakthroughs in cutting-edge key technologies in the marine sector. Zhu Enyuan, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, gave an on-site introduction to Shandong’s sci-tech innovation policies for the marine industry, elaborating on the sound policy environment and opportunities for industrial development. Teng Yunfeng, President of Qingdao Institute of Industrial Technology, promoted the Marine Science and Technology Market on the spot and outlined its core functions and operational achievements.

活动精选6项来自省内顶尖科研机构与企业的海洋领域硬核科技成果进行项目路演，通过开展需求发布与对接交流，促成多项合作意向。下一步，省科技厅将持续提升科技服务水平，深化国际产学研对接合作，加快高质量海洋科技项目转化落地，为“十五五”起好步、开新局持续贡献科技力量。

Six cutting-edge scientific and technological achievements in the marine sector from leading provincial research institutions and enterprises were selected for project roadshows at the event. Through demand release, matchmaking and exchanges, a number of letters of intent for cooperation were reached.Going forward, the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology will continuously upgrade its sci-tech service capacity, deepen international industry-university-research cooperation, accelerate the commercialization and implementation of high-quality marine sci-tech projects, and keep leveraging scientific and technological strengths to lay a solid foundation and foster new development momentum for the start of the 15th Five-Year Plan period.

涉海领域跨国公司、省内外知名企业负责人，省直有关部门、地市科技局、高新区、高校院所、技术转移机构、科技金融机构等代表及技术经理人共150余人参加活动。（李建国）
