中国—上海合作组织科技创新合作大会在青岛开幕

6月29日上午，由中国—上海合作组织科技创新合作中心主办的中国—上海合作组织科技创新合作大会在山东青岛开幕。科技部党组成员、副部长张光军，山东省副省长孙喜民，青岛市委副书记、市长任刚，哈萨克斯坦共和国科学和高等教育部副部长科别诺娃·古勒扎特，吉尔吉斯斯坦科学、高等教育和创新部副部长苏莱曼诺娃·莉拉，科威特驻华大使贾西姆·纳吉姆，上海合作组织秘书处顾问科奇科诺夫·卡兹别克出席开幕式并致辞。来自中国、俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦等国家的近400位各界代表参会。

On the morning of June 29, the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Conference, hosted by the China-SCO Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Center, opened in Qingdao, Shandong. Zhang Guangjun, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Sun Ximin, Vice Governor of Shandong Province, Ren Gang, Deputy Secretary of the Qingdao Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Qingdao, Gulzat Kobenova, Vice Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Lira Suleimanova, Vice Minister of Science, Higher Education and Innovation of the Kyrgyz Republic, Jassim Al-Najim, Ambassador of Kuwait to China, and Kozhikov Kazbek, Advisor to the SCO Secretariat, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. Nearly 400 representatives from various sectors of China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and other countries attended the conference.

开幕式上，中外科研机构代表作了主旨演讲，现场举行了第五届上合组织成员国青年创新创业大赛颁奖仪式，11个上合组织国家科技创新合作项目集中签约，中国—上海合作组织科技创新合作中心西安、广州、延安3个国内枢纽，以及乌兹别克斯坦、蒙古2个海外合作节点正式授牌，“上海合作组织国家农业科技创新联盟”同步启动。会上，还发布了中国与上合组织国家间百项科技成果与百项需求，来自中国、吉尔吉斯斯坦、俄罗斯的4个科创项目现场路演，精准搭建创新对接桥梁。

At the opening ceremony, representatives from Chinese and foreign research institutions delivered keynote speeches. The award ceremony for the 5th SCO Member States Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was held on site. A total of 11 SCO science and technology innovation cooperation projects were centrally signed. The China-SCO Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Center officially inaugurated three domestic hubs in Xi'an, Guangzhou and Yan'an, as well as two overseas cooperation nodes in Uzbekistan and Mongolia. The "SCO Countries Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Alliance" was simultaneously launched. At the conference, 100 scientific and technological achievements and 100 demands between China and SCO countries were released. Four science and innovation projects from China, Kyrgyzstan and Russia conducted on-site roadshows, precisely building bridges for innovation matchmaking.

大会期间，还将举办人工智能出海与跨境创新合作交流会、上合组织国家农业科技创新联盟圆桌会议、上合组织国家生物技术与健康产业创新对话、上合知识产权跨境合作研讨会、全球未来产业发展与治理智库研讨会、全球技术成果跨境转化与国际技术转移案例研讨会等6场主题交流活动。

During the conference, six thematic exchange activities will also be held, including the AI Going Global and Cross-border Innovation Cooperation Exchange, the SCO Countries Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation Alliance Roundtable, the SCO Countries Biotechnology and Health Industry Innovation Dialogue, the SCO Cross-border Intellectual Property Cooperation Seminar, the Global Future Industries Development and Governance Think Tank Seminar, and the Global Technology Achievements Cross-border Commercialization and International Technology Transfer Case Study Seminar.

中国—上海合作组织科技创新合作中心是习近平总书记在2025年上海合作组织峰会上宣布成立的6个务实合作平台之一，2025年9月在青岛挂牌成立。本次大会以“智汇上合，创享未来——共筑开放普惠的国际科技合作新生态”为主题，是中心成立以来首届综合性科创盛会，标志着中心科技创新合作迈入机制化、平台化的新阶段。（李建国）
