滨州市无棣县与南非阿马朱巴市成功缔结友好合作关系城市

7月24日，山东省滨州市无棣县委副书记、县长张立波带队赴北京市，与南非国民议会议员兼国际关系与合作组合委员会成员、阿马朱巴市政府代表韦斯利·道格拉斯一行深入座谈交流，开展专项外事对接洽谈活动，成功签署《友好合作关系城市协议书》，无棣县与南非阿马朱巴市正式缔结友好合作关系城市。

On July 24, Zhang Libo, Deputy Secretary of the Wudi County Party Committee and County Mayor of Wudi County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, led a delegation to Beijing for in-depth discussions and exchanges with Wesley Douglas, a member of the National Assembly of South Africa and a member of the Portfolio Committee on International Relations and Cooperation, and a representative of the Amajuba District Municipality. The two sides held a special foreign affairs liaison and negotiation event and successfully signed the Agreement on Friendly Cooperative Relations, officially establishing Wudi County and South Africa's Amajuba District Municipality as sister cities.

座谈交流中，张立波详细介绍了无棣的区位优势、产业布局、资源禀赋和营商环境，重点推介了锂电新材料、海洋渔业、特色农产品、文化旅游等重点领域发展成果。南非阿马朱巴市代表介绍了当地矿产资源、工业体系、城市发展规划及对外合作需求，对无棣县产业优势和发展潜力给予高度认可。双方本着平等互利、优势互补、合作共赢的原则，围绕经贸往来、产业协作、文化交流、信息互通、资源共享等领域深入磋商，达成广泛共识。活动现场，双方代表正式签署《友好合作关系城市协议书》，以正式文本形式确立长期稳定的友好合作机制，为两地常态化互访、项目对接、务实合作提供制度保障。

During the discussions, Zhang Libo provided a detailed introduction to Wudi's geographical advantages, industrial layout, resource endowments, and business environment, with a special focus on the development achievements in key sectors such as lithium battery new materials, marine fisheries, specialty agricultural products, and cultural tourism. The representative from South Africa's Amajuba District Municipality presented the region's mineral resources, industrial systems, urban development plans, and foreign cooperation needs, while expressing high recognition of Wudi County's industrial strengths and development potential. Based on the principles of equality and mutual benefit, complementary advantages, and win-win cooperation, the two sides engaged in in-depth consultations on areas such as economic and trade exchanges, industrial collaboration, cultural exchanges, information sharing, and resource sharing, reaching broad consensus. At the event, the representatives of both parties formally signed the Agreement on Friendly Cooperative Relations, establishing a long-term and stable cooperation mechanism through an official document, providing institutional guarantees for regular mutual visits, project matching, and pragmatic cooperation between the two regions.

此次签约是无棣县积极响应滨州市委、市政府系列部署要求，深入落实“滨企创世界”行动的重要实践，是无棣县在市外办直接帮助支持下，主动对接国际资源、扩大对外开放的重要成果，进一步丰富了无棣县国际“朋友圈”。下一步，无棣县将严格落实协议内容，持续深化与阿马朱巴市的多领域交流合作，积极推动两地优势互补、资源互通、发展互促，以高水平对外开放持续赋能县域经济社会高质量发展。（李建国）

This signing ceremony is an important practice of Wudi County actively responding to the deployment requirements of the Binzhou Municipal Committee and Municipal Government and thoroughly implementing the "Binzhou Enterprises Go Global" initiative. It is also a major achievement of Wudi County, with direct support from the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, in proactively connecting with international resources and expanding its opening-up, further enriching Wudi County's international "circle of friends."
