2026年7月26—28日，英国兰卡斯特大学Dr. ROHAIM和埃及亚历山大大学 Dr. SANAD AHMED一行继今年1月23日首次到公司交流合作之后，再度莅临山东绿都生物科技有限公司开展深度技术交流与商务洽谈合作。正式签订绿都生物科技集团产品总经销协议以及成立山东绿都生物科技有限公司英国、埃及事业部合作协议，搭建起“绿都生物研发生产+英国研发创新合作+埃及属地合规运营”的国际化研发创新与产品经销体系，为公司兽用疫苗、畜禽干扰素等核心生物制品深耕埃及、欧洲市场筑牢体制机制化根基。

From July 26 to 28, 2026, Dr. ROHAIM from Lancaster University (UK) and Dr. SANAD AHMED from Alexandria University (Egypt) visited Shandong Lvdu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for in-depth technical exchanges and business negotiations, following their first visit to the company on January 23 this year. During this visit, they formally signed the Master Distribution Agreement for Lvdu Biotech Group’s products and the cooperation agreements to establish Lvdu’s UK and Egypt business divisions. These agreements lay the institutional and operational foundation for an international R&D, innovation, and product distribution system integrating “Lvdu’s R&D and manufacturing, UK-based R&D innovation, and Egypt-based local compliance,” thereby strengthening the company’s core biological products—such as veterinary vaccines and livestock interferons—for deep market penetration in Egypt and Europe.

At the invitation of Chairman Mr. Shen Zhiqiang (Professor-level Senior Researcher), Dr. ROHAIM delivered a special academic lecture titled “From Scientific Discovery to Global Animal Health Solutions.” The lecture reviewed the evolving patterns of global livestock and poultry epidemics and the iterative history of technological innovation in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry. It provided an in-depth analysis of the limitations of traditional veterinary vaccines in the context of continuous viral mutations, and projected the long-term industry trend: as global regulatory standards for veterinary drugs continue to rise, the global veterinary vaccine market will become further consolidated after 2032, with recombinant vector vaccines and subunit vaccines emerging as mainstream product categories. Industry resources will increasingly converge toward companies with capabilities in R&D innovation, regulatory registration, digitalized intelligent manufacturing, and localized operations. Based on this industry transformation trend, the three parties agreed to accelerate the deployment of next-generation vaccine R&D initiatives to seize early market opportunities, leveraging a division of collaborative work to capture the benefits of industry restructuring.

Chairman Shen Zhiqiang extended a sincere welcome to Dr. ROHAIM and Dr. SANAD AHMED for their return visit. He introduced the company’s more than 20 years of development achievements in animal vaccine disease prevention and control. He emphasized that Lvdu Biotech has consistently adhered to an integrated development strategy combining talent, technology, industry, and finance, alongside deep industry-university-research innovation. At the same time, the company has continuously deepened international scientific and business cooperation, establishing a China-Europe Joint Laboratory, a Sino-UK International Research Center for Avian Diseases, a Sino-Israeli International Cooperation Research Center for Poultry Vaccines, as well as company divisions in France and Africa, with products exported to more than 30 countries. Chairman Shen pointed out that globalization and regulatory compliance are the inevitable pathways for Chinese animal health companies going global. The joint establishment of overseas business divisions in the UK and Egypt marks a critical step for Lvdu Biotech to proactively adapt to international regulatory frameworks and get closer to end-user markets overseas. He expressed his expectation that both sides would take the signing of these agreements as a new starting point to build a full-chain collaboration encompassing joint R&D innovation, co-application for product registrations, and regional market distribution, working hand in hand to safeguard the healthy development of the global livestock and poultry industry.

The meeting also set a clear timeline for the official GMP inspection of the company’s facilities by overseas regulatory authorities.

This visit and the establishment of the UK and Egypt overseas business divisions signify that the company has evolved from a single product-export model into a mature internationalization model that integrates international collaborative technological innovation, regional organizational operations, and localized compliance management.
