中国—上海合作组织地方经贸合作大会在比什凯克举办

7月30日下午，中国—上海合作组织地方经贸合作大会在吉尔吉斯斯坦比什凯克成功举办。上海合作组织副秘书长索海尔·汗视频致辞，山东省商务厅厅长王磊，吉尔吉斯斯坦经济和商务部工业国际合作司司长阿希姆别科夫·努尔苏丹、巴基斯坦总理办公室投资委员会主任佐勒菲卡尔·阿里、比什凯克市第一副市长库巴尼齐别克·伊马纳利耶夫、吉尔吉斯斯坦国家工商会副主席克里姆巴耶夫·阿瓦兹别克出席会议并致辞。

On the afternoon of July 30, the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Conference was successfully held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Sokhail Khan, Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, delivered a video address. Wang Lei, Director-General of the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province, Ashimbekov Nursultan, Head of the Industrial Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic, Zulfikar Ali, Director of the Investment Committee of the Prime Minister's Office of Pakistan, Kubanychiebek Imanaliev, First Deputy Mayor of Bishkek, and Krymbaev Avazbek, Vice Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, attended the conference and delivered speeches.

 本次大会由山东省商务厅联合吉尔吉斯斯坦经济和商务部主办，中国—上海合作组织地方经贸合作示范区管委会、吉尔吉斯斯坦比什凯克市政府、吉尔吉斯斯坦国家工商会共同协办。来自白俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦、巴基斯坦、俄罗斯、塔吉克斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦等7个上合组织成员国100多位政府官员及企业代表，与山东省商务厅，烟台、泰安、聊城3市商务部门、上合示范区管委，以及山东高速集团、山东重工集团、中铁十四局等60多家山东企业代表齐聚现场，共话发展机遇、共商合作路径。

The conference was hosted by the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province and the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic, and co-organized by the Management Committee of the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Zone, the Bishkek City Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic. More than 100 government officials and business representatives from seven SCO member states, including Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, gathered together with the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province, the commerce departments of Yantai, Tai'an, and Liaocheng, the Management Committee of the SCO Demonstration Zone, and representatives from over 60 Shandong enterprises such as Shandong Hi-Speed Group, Shandong Heavy Industry Group, and China Railway 14th Bureau, to discuss development opportunities and explore cooperation pathways.

会上，山东省商务厅与吉尔吉斯斯坦比什凯克市签署经贸合作备忘录。山东省商务厅已累计与白俄罗斯、吉尔吉斯斯坦、俄罗斯、乌兹别克斯坦、柬埔寨等9个上合组织国家地方省州签署合作协议，进一步建立完善上合地方经贸合作沟通会商工作机制，织密互联互通信息服务网络，做大上合地方经贸朋友圈，为各方企业务实合作、融合发展保驾护航。

At the conference, the Department of Commerce of Shandong Province and Bishkek City of the Kyrgyz Republic signed a memorandum of economic and trade cooperation. The Department of Commerce of Shandong Province has signed cooperation agreements with local provinces and states from nine SCO countries, including Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, and Cambodia, further establishing and improving the communication and consultation mechanism for SCO local economic and trade cooperation, strengthening the interconnected information service network, expanding the circle of friends for SCO local economic and trade cooperation, and providing safeguards for pragmatic cooperation and integrated development of enterprises from all sides.

在推介交流环节，100多家中外企业代表，围绕园区合作、农业食品、交通市政、清洁能源、矿产资源、纺织服装等项目合作意向，进行“一对一”洽谈交流，现场达成合作意向193项，签约贸易订单约17.4亿元。（李建国 高希林 孙天舒）

During the promotion and exchange session, representatives from more than 100 Chinese and foreign enterprises engaged in one-on-one talks on project cooperation intentions in areas such as park cooperation, agricultural food, transportation and municipal infrastructure, clean energy, mineral resources, and textile and apparel. A total of 193 cooperation intentions were reached on site, and trade orders worth approximately 1.74 billion yuan were signed. (Li Jianguo, Gao Xilin, Sun Tianshu)
