山东省委副书记、省长周乃翔会见非洲国家驻华使节代表团

8月3日，山东省委副书记、省长周乃翔在山东济南会见来山东出席“2026中非友好走进山东——鲁非文化嘉年华”活动的非洲国家驻华使节代表团。

On August 3, Zhou Naixiang, Deputy Secretary of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and Governor of Shandong Province, met in Jinan, Shandong, with a delegation of African ambassadors to China who came to Shandong to attend the "2026 China-Africa Friendship Walk into Shandong – Shandong-Africa Cultural Carnival" event.

周乃翔代表省委、省人民政府，对各位使节的到来表示欢迎，并简要介绍了山东经济社会发展情况。他说，习近平主席高度重视中非关系，亲自擘画、亲力亲为，引领中非关系行稳致远。近年来，山东深入落实习近平主席和非洲国家领导人达成的重要共识，持续深化与非洲交流交往，推动互利合作走深走实，取得丰硕成果。我们愿以2026年“中非人文交流年”为契机，密切与非洲国家友好往来，深化贸易、农业、基础设施、先进制造等领域合作，加强文化、青年、教育、旅游等交流，为推动构建新时代全天候中非命运共同体贡献力量。

On behalf of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People’s Government, Zhou Naixiang extended a warm welcome to all diplomatic envoys and gave a brief introduction to the economic and social development of Shandong Province. He noted that President Xi Jinping attaches great importance to China-Africa relations. He has personally charted the course and taken active efforts to steer China-Africa relations steadily forward.In recent years, Shandong has thoroughly implemented the important consensus reached between President Xi Jinping and leaders of African countries, continued to deepen exchanges and interactions with Africa, and pushed mutually beneficial cooperation to achieve solid progress and fruitful outcomes. We are ready to take the 2026 China-Africa Year of People-to-People Exchanges as an opportunity to foster closer friendly exchanges with African nations, deepen cooperation in trade, agriculture, infrastructure, advanced manufacturing and other sectors, and enhance exchanges in culture, youth affairs, education, tourism and other fields. We will contribute to building a new-era all-weather China-Africa community with a shared future.

索马里驻华大使和丹·奥斯曼·阿布迪代表驻华使节对山东的热情接待表示感谢，高度评价山东经济社会发展取得的成就。她说，非常高兴来山东参加活动，希望与山东进一步增进了解、巩固友谊、深化合作，实现更高水平的互利共赢。（李建国）

Ambassador of Somalia to China, Her Excellency Dan Osman Abdi, expressed gratitude on behalf of the resident ambassadors to China for Shandong's warm hospitality and highly praised the achievements Shandong has made in economic and social development. She said that she was very pleased to come to Shandong to participate in the event and expressed the hope to further enhance mutual understanding, consolidate friendship, deepen cooperation with Shandong, and achieve a higher level of mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
