2026中非友好走进山东——鲁非文化嘉年华活动开幕

8月4日上午，2026中非友好走进山东——鲁非文化嘉年华活动在山东济南开幕。莱索托国王莱齐耶三世及王后玛塞纳蒂出席，山东省委书记林武致辞。

On the morning of August 4, the 2026 China-Africa Friendship Shandong Event – Shandong-Africa Cultural Carnival kicked off in Jinan, Shandong. King Letsie III and Queen Masenate of Lesotho attended the event, and Lin Wu, Secretary of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, delivered a speech.

林武在致辞时说，今年1月，习近平主席向2026年“中非人文交流年”开幕式致贺信，为我们深化交流合作指明了方向。山东是中国的人口大省、文化大省、经济大省，这里历史厚重、文脉绵长，山海交融、风光旖旎，产业齐全、动能澎湃，开放包容、热情好客。山东始终高度重视对非交流，深耕友好交往，“朋友圈”持续扩容，人文交流日趋密切，经贸合作走深走实，各领域合作取得丰硕成果。我们愿以此次活动为契机，与非洲朋友一道，深化多领域交流合作，携手加强文化交流、促进鲁非文化双向互动，携手赋能产业发展、推动经贸合作不断提质增效，携手提升治理效能、为探索现代化实践路径贡献智慧力量，携手促进民心相通、让鲁非友好更好深植民心，为共筑新时代全天候中非命运共同体贡献更大力量。

In his address, Lin Wu noted that in January this year, President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the opening ceremony of the 2026 China-Africa Year of People-to-People Exchanges, charting the course for us to deepen exchanges and cooperation.As China’s major province in terms of population, culture and economy, Shandong boasts profound history, a time-honored cultural heritage, stunning landscapes shaped by mountains and seas, a complete industrial system, robust growth momentum, an open and inclusive mindset, and hospitable people. Shandong has always attached great importance to exchanges with African countries, fostering friendly interactions steadily. Its circle of African friends keeps expanding, people-to-people and cultural exchanges grow increasingly close, economic and trade cooperation advances in depth, and fruitful outcomes have been yielded across all fields of cooperation.Taking this event as an opportunity, we stand ready to work with our African partners to deepen cooperation in multiple areas: jointly strengthening cultural exchanges to promote two-way cultural interaction between Shandong and Africa; jointly empowering industrial development to elevate the quality and efficiency of economic and trade cooperation; jointly improving governance capacity to share insights for exploring pathways toward modernization; jointly enhancing people-to-people connectivity to cement Shandong-Africa friendship deep in the hearts of the people. All these efforts will contribute more to building a China-Africa all-weather community with a shared future for the new era.

中国人民对外友好协会副会长孙学庆、索马里驻华大使和丹·奥斯曼·阿布迪、安哥拉驻华大使达尔瓦·艾伦致辞。

Sun Xueqing, Vice President of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Ambassador Awale Ali Kullane of Somalia to China, and Ambassador Dalva Ellen Ringot Allen of Angola to China delivered speeches.

开幕式上，发布了鲁非十大文化合作项目，举行了特色文艺演出。与会嘉宾共同参观了“大河·大地 鲁非艺术对话展”。

At the opening ceremony, ten Shandong-Africa cultural cooperation projects were unveiled, and a special cultural performance was held. Guests in attendance jointly visited the "Great River · Great Earth – Shandong-Africa Art Dialogue Exhibition."

活动由中国人民对外友好协会、山东省人民政府主办，主题为“山海和鸣 美美与共”。活动期间，还举办了鲁非宝藏市集、鲁非图书联展、山海之约·鲁非文旅对接会等。

The event was hosted by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and the People's Government of Shandong Province, under the theme "Harmony Between Mountains and Seas, Beauty Shared by All." During the event, a Shandong-Africa Treasures Bazaar, a Shandong-Africa Joint Book Fair, and the "Mountains and Seas Connection" Shandong-Africa Culture and Tourism Matchmaking Session were also held.
