山东青岛：逐浪深蓝，帆耀岛城

8月28日晚，2026第十八届青岛国际帆船周暨第三届中国（青岛）国际海洋体育大会在山东青岛国际会议中心尚和厅开幕。

On the evening of August 28, the 18th Qingdao International Sailing Week and the 3rd China (Qingdao) International Marine Sports Conference opened at the Shanghe Hall of the Qingdao International Conference Center in Shandong, China.

开场一首《逐浪深蓝，帆耀岛城》，少年意气飞扬、蓬勃向上，用铿锵的诗朗诵与灵动的舞蹈，演绎青岛独有的海洋底蕴与帆船运动的青春朝气，在欢快的氛围中，帆船周暨海洋体育大会缓缓启幕。随后的“帆船之都”海洋体育主题视频，用一幕幕画面徐徐铺展青岛持续打造“帆船之都”城市品牌、深耕帆船赛事IP、丰富海洋体育业态、创新海陆联动场景的发展成果，展现“向海而生、因帆而兴”的岛城精神。

The opening ceremony began with a performance titled "Riding the Blue Waves, Sailing Shines on the Island City," featuring spirited poetry recitations and lively dances by young performers. Their passionate delivery and灵动 choreography captured Qingdao's unique maritime heritage and the youthful energy of sailing. Amid the cheerful atmosphere, the Sailing Week and Marine Sports Conference officially commenced. Following this, a themed video, "City of Sails" – Marine Sports Showcase, presented a series of vivid scenes highlighting Qingdao's ongoing efforts to build its "City of Sails" urban brand, cultivate sailing event IPs, diversify marine sports offerings, and innovate land-sea interactive scenarios. The video embodied the city's spirit of "thriving by the sea and prospering through sailing."

Distinguished international guests attending the opening ceremony included Li Quanhai, President of World Sailing; Mr. Shang Tang, Consul General of the Kingdom of Thailand in Qingdao; Guy Redman, Head of the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture of the Western Cape Government, South Africa; Grigorios Kapsokolis, Vice Mayor of Piraeus, Greece; Tomasz Lipski, President of the International Association of Sail Training Organizations; Ham Dal-ho, Consul of the Korean Consulate General in Qingdao; Johannes Hesse, Managing Director of the Marketing Department of the City of Kiel, Germany; and Chris Rushton, Managing Director of Clipper Ventures Plc. 赵胜村副市长代表青岛致欢迎词。他指出，青岛立足“十五五”发展新阶段，锚定建设新时代社会主义现代化国际大都市目标，加快打造现代海洋中心城市、高水平对外开放新高地、国际滨海旅游度假目的地。青岛国际帆船周暨海洋体育大会作为重要抓手，既是展示城市海洋发展成果的重要窗口，也是彰显对外开放形象、呈现滨海旅游度假独特魅力的重要平台。

Vice Mayor Zhao Shengcun delivered a welcoming speech on behalf of Qingdao. He noted that Qingdao, entering the new development stage of the "15th Five-Year Plan," is committed to building itself into a modern, socialist, internationally oriented metropolis. The city is accelerating its efforts to become a modern marine central city, a high-level international hub for opening-up, and an internationally renowned coastal tourism and resort destination. He emphasized that the Qingdao International Sailing Week and Marine Sports Conference serve as both a vital window to showcase the city's marine development achievements and an important platform to demonstrate its open, international image and the unique charm of its coastal tourism.

格里戈里奥斯·卡普索科利斯副市长代表青岛友城希腊比雷埃夫斯市致辞。他表示，青岛自2019年与比雷埃夫斯市缔结友好城市关系以来，两市之间的友好交往不断深化，期待双方在文化、旅游、航运、教育、经济等领域进一步拓展合作空间。

Vice Mayor Grigorios Kapsokolis, speaking on behalf of Qingdao's sister city Piraeus, Greece, expressed that since the establishment of friendly city relations between Qingdao and Piraeus in 2019, bilateral exchanges have continued to deepen. He looked forward to further expanding cooperation in areas such as culture, tourism, shipping, education, and economy.

李全海主席代表世界帆联致辞，他认为，青岛依托奥帆遗产，在国际赛事组织、大众航海推广、青少年人才培育、国际交流合作等领域形成了走在前列的城市实践，凭借卓越成效，荣获世界帆联主席发展奖，为全球帆船运动的发展贡献了重要的中国力量，期待继续同青岛紧密携手，不断凝聚全球行业合力，拓展国际交流，持续赋能帆船运动发展，共同推动世界海洋体育迈向更高水平。

President Li Quanhai, on behalf of World Sailing, praised Qingdao for leveraging its Olympic sailing legacy. He noted that Qingdao has taken a leading role in international event organization, public sailing promotion, youth talent development, and international exchange cooperation. He highlighted that the city's outstanding efforts have earned it the World Sailing President's Development Award, contributing significant Chinese strength to the global development of sailing. He expressed his expectation to continue working closely with Qingdao to pool global industry efforts, expand international exchanges, and continuously empower the development of sailing and global marine sports.

Qiao Yunping, Director of the Shandong Provincial Sports Bureau, and Tomasz Lipski, President of the International Association of Sail Training Organizations, exchanged gifts. Deputy Party Secretary Zhang Hui declared the 18th Qingdao International Sailing Week and the 3rd China (Qingdao) International Marine Sports Conference officially open. Leaders and guests then jointly took the stage to launch the event, bringing the opening ceremony to a climax.

帆船运动联通世界，开幕式上还举行了国际帆船交流合作伙伴签约仪式，蔡全记代表青岛市体育局与南非西开普省政府文体厅、国际航海学校协会、德国基尔市政府市场部、新加坡武装部队帆船俱乐部、泰国皇家海军帆船俱乐部、澳大利亚维多利亚国际OP级别协会、韩国浦项市体育会、深圳市壹加壹运动科技有限公司、南京市帆船帆板运动协会、成都澜舶帆船俱乐部等国内外代表签署青少年帆船交流合作协议，进一步搭建国际帆船互访、赛事联动、人才培养、文化交流的长效机制，以帆船为桥，拓展全球 “朋友圈”，实现资源共享、互利共赢。

Sailing serves as a bridge connecting the world. During the ceremony, an International Sailing Exchange Cooperation Signing Ceremony was held. Cai Quanji, on behalf of the Qingdao Sports Bureau, signed youth sailing exchange cooperation agreements with representatives from the Western Cape Government's Department of Sport, Arts and Culture (South Africa), the International Association of Sail Training Organizations, the Marketing Department of the City of Kiel (Germany), the Singapore Armed Forces Sailing Club, the Royal Thai Navy Sailing Club, the Victoria International Optimist Association (Australia), the Pohang City Sports Council (South Korea), Shenzhen Yijiayi Sports Technology Co., Ltd., the Nanjing Sailing and Windsurfing Association, and Chengdu Lanbo Sailing Club. These agreements aim to establish long-term mechanisms for international sailing exchanges, event collaboration, talent cultivation, and cultural interaction, expanding the global "circle of friends" through sailing and achieving resource sharing and mutual benefits.

开幕式的重头戏环节，来自世界各地的参赛运动队代表依次入场，包括2026“亚帆联杯”青岛国际帆船赛、青岛国际青少年帆船赛（ILCA4级）、青岛国际OP帆船营暨帆船赛及青岛—东盟OP帆船邀请赛等各参赛运动员代表闪亮登场，专业选手与少年水手们将齐聚浮山湾，展开激烈比拼、展现昂扬风貌。

A highlight of the ceremony was the parade of athlete delegations from around the world, representing events such as the 2026 "ASF Cup" Qingdao International Sailing Regatta, the Qingdao International Youth Sailing Regatta (ILCA4), the Qingdao International Optimist Sailing Camp and Regatta, and the Qingdao–ASEAN Optimist Sailing Invitational. Professional sailors and young competitors will gather in Fushan Bay to engage in fierce competitions and showcase their spirited performances.

运动员代表与裁判员代表先后上台庄严宣誓，承诺恪守体育精神、遵守竞赛规则、运动员奋勇参赛、裁判员公正执裁，共同维护赛事纯净与尊严。

Athlete and referee representatives subsequently took the oath of honor, pledging to uphold sportsmanship, comply with competition rules, compete with dedication, and officiate with fairness, ensuring the integrity and dignity of the events.

历经18年深耕培育，帆船周暨海洋体育大会已成长为国内标杆、国际知名的海洋体育品牌活动，为青岛建设国家高质量海上户外运动目的地提供了坚实支撑。
