几内亚卓越非洲妇女组织代表团 参访滨州职业技术大学、山东航空学院

5月28日，“相聚滨州·青春未来”2026国际青年交流大会暨“滨企创世界”经贸对接会在山东滨州举办，本次活动由山东省人民政府外事办公室、山东省人民对外友好协会、滨州市人民政府主办，滨州市人民政府外事办公室承办。28日下午，到滨州参会的几内亚卓越非洲妇女组织主席法图玛塔·凯莫科·特拉奥雷一行，先后赴滨州职业技术大学、山东航空学院参访。市妇联党组副书记、二级调研员彭翠凤，市投资促进中心副主任、致公党滨州六支部主委刘明参加活动。

On May 28, the "Meeting in Binzhou · Youth & Future" 2026 International Youth Exchange Conference and the "Binzhou Enterprises Go Global" Economic and Trade Matchmaking Event were held in Binzhou, Shandong Province. The event was hosted by the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Shandong Province, the Shandong People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, and the Binzhou Municipal People's Government, and organized by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Binzhou Municipal People's Government. On the afternoon of May 28, a delegation led by Fatoumata Kémoko Traoré, President of the Excellent African Women in Leadership (EXCELL) Guinea, who had arrived in Binzhou for the conference, visited Binzhou Polytechnic University and Shandong University of Aeronautics. Peng Cuifeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Second-level Researcher of the Binzhou Women's Federation, and Liu Ming, Deputy Director of the Binzhou Investment Promotion Center and Head of the Sixth Branch of the Binzhou Municipal Committee of the China Zhi Gong Party, participated in the activities.

在滨州职业技术大学，代表团一行参观了军士实训室，现场体验船舶模拟驾驶，深入了解该校在人才培养及现代航海技术教学方面的特色成果。期间，双方就女性职业教育赋能、高等教育在提升女性就业能力及拓宽职业发展空间等方面作用进行了交流。随后，代表团观看了舞狮表演和花神舞展示，沉浸式体验非遗漆扇制作，并参与中国书法、汉服、剪纸、古琴等传统文化项目互动，充分感受中华优秀传统文化的独特魅力。

At Binzhou Polytechnic University, the delegation visited the military cadet training laboratory, experienced ship simulation driving, and gained an in-depth understanding of the university's distinctive achievements in talent cultivation and modern maritime technology education. During the visit, the two sides exchanged views on the role of women's vocational education empowerment, higher education in enhancing women's employability, and broadening their career development space. Subsequently, the delegation watched a lion dance performance and a Flower Goddess Dance show, experienced the immersive production of intangible cultural heritage lacquer fans, and participated in traditional Chinese calligraphy, Hanfu dressing, paper-cutting, and guqin (ancient zither) activities, fully immersing themselves in the unique charm of traditional Chinese culture.

在山东航空学院，代表团实地参观了飞行学院教学训练场地、实训设备及航空办学成果展，深入了解学校在航空人才培养、学科建设及国际交流合作等方面发展成效，并欣赏国乐演奏。随后，代表团赴渊馨香堂非遗工坊，参加传统制香文化体验活动，近距离了解非遗制香技艺的历史渊源与制作流程。

At Shandong University of Aeronautics, the delegation toured the flight college's teaching and training facilities, training equipment, and an exhibition of aviation education achievements, gaining insights into the university's progress in aviation talent cultivation, discipline development, and international exchanges and cooperation. They also enjoyed a performance of traditional Chinese music. Later, the delegation visited the Yuanxin Xiangtang Intangible Cultural Heritage Workshop and took part in a traditional incense-making cultural experience, learning about the historical origins and production processes of this intangible cultural heritage.

此次参访活动充分展示了滨州市职业教育及高等教育的发展成果，进一步深化了滨州与几内亚在妇女发展、文化教育等领域的友好交流，为双方未来务实合作奠定了良好基础。

This visit fully showcased the achievements of vocational and higher education in Binzhou, further deepened friendly exchanges between Binzhou and Guinea in areas such as women's development and cultural education, and laid a solid foundation for future practical cooperation between the two sides.（李建国 李洪滨 周文慧）
