河南省接任中国—中东欧国家地方省州长联合会新一届中方主席省

近期，第七次中国—中东欧国家地方领导人会议暨2026山东友城周活动在山东济南举行。河南省委常委、常务副省长张敏率河南省代表团出席开幕式及地方领导人对话会，并代表河南省正式接任中国—中东欧国家地方省州长联合会新一届中方主席省。

Recently, the Seventh China-CEEC Local Leaders' Meeting and the 2026 Shandong Sister Cities Week were held in Jinan, Shandong. Zhang Min, Member of the Standing Committee of the Henan Provincial Party Committee and Executive Vice Governor of Henan Province, led the Henan provincial delegation to attend the opening ceremony and the Local Leaders' Dialogue, and officially took over the role of the new Chinese rotating chair province of the China-CEEC Association of Provincial and Regional Governors on behalf of Henan Province.

本届会议以“携手同行 共创未来”为主题，来自40多个国家的600余位中外嘉宾参会，会议通过《济南共识》等成果，推动合作机制提质升级。此前四年由山东省担任中方主席省，任内推动合作取得显著成效。

This year’s meeting, themed “Moving Forward Together for a Shared Future,” brought together over 600 Chinese and foreign guests from more than 40 countries. The meeting adopted outcomes including the Jinan Consensus to upgrade and improve cooperation mechanisms. Over the preceding four years, Shandong Province served as the Chinese chair province, during which it made significant achievements in advancing cooperation.

河南接任中方主席省，基础坚实、优势突出。近年来，河南深度融入共建“一带一路”，中欧班列（河南郑州）已通达40多个国家的140多座城市，郑州至贝尔格莱德线路开通运行；中国—匈牙利（郑州）国际合作与产业技术应用示范中心揭牌运营；河南嵩山与欧盟喀尔巴阡山区域达成友好合作意向，河南企业与保加利亚等中东欧国家的务实合作持续深化。

Henan has taken over as the Chinese chair province on a solid foundation with outstanding advantages. In recent years, Henan has deeply integrated itself into the joint construction of the “Belt and Road.” The China-Europe Railway Express (Henan Zhengzhou) now reaches over 140 cities in more than 40 countries, with the Zhengzhou-Belgrade route having been launched and put into operation. The China-Hungary (Zhengzhou) International Cooperation and Industrial Technology Application Demonstration Center has been inaugurated and commenced operations. A friendly cooperation intention has been established between Henan’s Songshan Mountain and the Carpathian region of the European Union. Moreover, practical cooperation between Henan enterprises and Central and Eastern European countries such as Bulgaria has continued to deepen.

下一步，河南将充分发挥区位交通、现代物流、产业创新等综合优势，深化与中东欧国家地方在经贸投资、科技创新、绿色发展、人文交流等领域的合作，为推动中国—中东欧国家地方合作迈上新台阶贡献力量。

Going forward, Henan will fully leverage its comprehensive strengths in geographical location, transportation, modern logistics, and industrial innovation to deepen cooperation with local governments of Central and Eastern European countries in areas such as economy, trade and investment, scientific and technological innovation, green development, and people-to-people and cultural exchanges. It will contribute its share to bringing China-CEEC local cooperation to a new level.
